I have a nice lunch with a co-worker at the restaurant near the golf course in Shoreline park in Mountain View. They have a great salad there. And we checked out the solar arrays in the Google parking lot on the way out, where people can, presumably, plug in their hybrid cars. I wonder if it's possible to make a chocolate dessert in a solar cooker? I remember baking a cookie on a little mini-reflector "solar cooker" on the dashboard up against the windshield when the car was parked all day in a hot parking lot. So, why not? McGyver might approve.
I have a peach champagne Cosmic Chocolate today. It is Good, but there's not quite enough peach flavor.
