Today I'm finally in the right mode to cut back on over-eating. I think this has less to do with all this chocolate I've been eating, and more to do with all the family health and other wacky stressful stuff that's been going on since last November. Oh yes, I could cut back on how much chocolate I eat each day, and exercise more. Yes indeed.
