Today's Lait Noisettes mini bar was from Cafe-Tasse (Belgium). 

As in the previous 34% Cafe-Tasse milk chocolate mini bars this week, this one had very attractive caramel and milk chocolate aroma notes. It was smooth and sweet and contained tiny bits of nuts, giving this chocolate a very slight nutty flavor and texture as well.

The company name, Cafe-Tasse, translates to "coffee cup" in English. Their small size mini bars (adorned with a steaming coffee cup logo) are the perfect side dish with a cup of joe (or tea). And, today's milk chocolate coffee bar would add just a touch of mocha to this tasting experience.

This sweet milk chocolate (min. 34%) had a very fine gritty texture (from ground coffee).
