Today's Fleur de Sel Caramel filled chocolates from Alexander's Patisserie (Mountain View, CA) looked like newly discovered micro-planets with swirling blue and purple atmospheres, that had come to rest in a fancy black chocolate box.These colorful, round chocolate shells were filled with authentic, velvety, flowing salt caramel and chocolate.
