What was brownie-like about today's "Moist and Tasty" Chocolate Chia Muffin Tops from Udi's (Boulder, CO)?
These were a cross between a brownie, a cookie and a muffin, with some nice added texture from the chia, and level of sugar that was just right, i.e. not excessive. (Thank you!)These Chocolate Chia muffin tops were gluten free, and dairy, soy and nut free. They were also fortified with vitamins and minerals—something you'd see more in a breakfast food/cereal than a typical brownie.
