Not everyone celebrates St. Patrick's Day, but it's easy to appreciate a green forest or bunches of shamrocks. I bought this dark bar (72% cacoa) on the drive home from an overnight trip to Sonoma County, after spending yesterday morning walking through an old growth redwood forest.Above right is a scanned image of the Endangered Species bar wrapper, with a picture of a of a beautiful forest; and I've also included a few pictures (below right) from my walk through Armstrong Redwoods State Park.
