Patric Chocolate (Colombia, MO) conjured up today's limited edition Banana Split chocolate bar.
The chocolate did not contain milk, but had a rich, creamy texture from the addition of peanut butter and organic cocoa butter.
The bar was decorated with sliced banana chips, on the back of the bar, and a bit of sea salt helped enhance the nut and fruit flavor mix.I was tempted to pair this bar with some bright berry/cherry, fruit notes, but likely this would have overcomplicated things.
