More "Bubbles Wrapped in Chocolate(R)" today -- for Day #2 of Chocolate and Air Theme Week. Yesterday's selection was Bubble Chocolate's Milk Chocolate bar; and today's choice was the company's Dark Chocolate (60% Cocoa) bar.It was a bit strange to lift this fairly large bar out of its packaging and to notice how relatively light the bar was. Credit the bubbles for that. These bubbles were visible (or at least implied, since the air wasn't really visible) in the photo (at right), that shows a cross-section of this bar.
