This large, baked cookie with embedded chocolate chips had a soft-baked pillowy chew.

The cookie had a slightly artificial aroma when the package was first opened, but it subsided after the first few bites. This non-GMO labeled protein cookie was certified vegan and gluten free, and it contained 16 grams of protein (largely from added pea protein).
