Notes: I love chocolate and coconut (in hot cocoa (with or without alcohol), german chocolate cake, some candy, ice cream - all the better if there are nuts involved. Although some folks are being warned by their doctor to stay away from coconut - for health reasons; usually the concern is over coconut milk and high saturated fat content. Hey, just don't eat it every day. Personally, I'd be more worried about all the hidden trans fats and other things.
