I had lunch with an office colleague at Barn Thai restaurant in Sunnyvale. Thai food always tastes good to me. And Thai iced tea is nice, and doesn't seem like it's loaded with caffeine the way that regular iced tea is, so it doesn't keep me up at night. This is nice. While some have told me that chocolate has caffeine in it, I don't seem to have a problem with being kept up at night when I eat chocolate. Thank goodness for that.
Later I am driving home on the freeway at sunset, and I watch a plane's vapor trail "draw" an apricot chalk-colored line across the sky. This horizontal line runs below the first bright star in the sky and above the mass of dark tree silhouettes. I eat a Cosmic Chocolates chambord chocolate (from an 8-pc assortment I bought earlier) and it's Very Good.
