In 2006, my daughter bet I couldn't eat a different chocolate each day for a year. I enjoyed that year so much that, after 17+ years, I'm still eating a different chocolate every day. Happily, even after 6,200+ chocolates, there are still many more to try. Thank you to all who continue to be part of this global adventure.

Chocolove's Ginger in Dark Chocolate sounded great. It was good. I think it might be tasty to melt this down and use it for fondue - for fresh strawberries, and the usual dipping materials into molten chocolate.
