Ghirardelli Chocolate's (San Leandro, CA) Limited Edition Holiday assortment bag contained three flavors of individually-wrapped chocolate squares. Today I tried the Peppermint Bark square. It was good.
I'm trying to get in a holiday mood. The candy aisle in our local neighborhood pharmacy is certainly festive. The message is buy...more...chocolate. And I do, for myself, friends and family.
My mom is still not well. Tests are not conclusive. She was fine a month ago, and now she can't walk. It's hard to stay festive with this happening. But, good chocolate and friends to share it with helps.
