It was an amazing, sparkling fall day today. Driving up the scenic route to San Francisco, vivid colors (bright green squares of grass, reds and jewel tones in the leaves of the trees and dazzling yellows against an amazing blue sky) keep grabbing my attention.
I stopped in Golden Gate Park and had jasmine tea and light rice-based tea snacks in the Japanese tea garden. I walked through the well manicured miniature landscape and up over the narrow arched bridge with a view of a koi pond.
I created a meal out of a Hershey's chocolate bar with some almonds.
