Today's Cacao - Plant Based Protein Bar was made in Canada for Urban Remedy (Richmond, CA).
This multi-layered bar had a thin layer of dark chocolate on the top and a slightly crunchy, lightly sweetened cracker-like layer on the bottom. It had chocolate, green, fruit (goji) and graham cracker aroma and flavor notes. It was not overly sweet (thank you!), and there was no "off" notes due to the protein inclusion.
Pea protein supplied the majority of the 11 g. of plant protein in this bar.
