Today's Dark Chocolate Roasted Almonds and Himalayan Pink Salt (bar) from Farmers and Fermenters Paul and Mike Co. (Kochi, Kerala, India) was manufactured and marketed by Synthite Industries Pvt. Ltd (Synthite Valley, Kolenchery, Kerala, India).
Aroma and flavor notes included: rich, flavorful dark chocolate with light, balanced bitterness, nutty almonds bits and salt. The salt balanced the bitterness and sweetness very nicely.
Texture: well-tempered, smooth texture with a smooth melt
I liked the interplay between the chocolate, salt and almonds.
