Today's "Go Nuts" 68% Dark Chocolate, Roasted Almonds & Vanilla-Infused Sea Salt (bar) was made from bean-to-bar by Xocolatl LLC (Atlanta, GA).

Aroma notes included: rich dark chocolate with appealing nutty notes.

Texture: smooth dark chocolate, and a softly crunchy field of chopped nuts (on the back of the bar).

Flavor notes included: smooth but relatively rich dark chocolate, nuttiness from chopped almonds, with a subtle hint of salt and vanilla.

I loved the nuts (almonds); the gentle dose of salt; and the overall tasting experience.
