Today's Raspberry Crisp 70% Dark Chocolate (bar) was from Gnaw Chocolate (Norwich, UK).
Aroma notes for this bar included: dark chocolate, raspberry (flavoring) and faint vanilla.
Smooth dark chocolate was punctuated by tiny bursts of tiny, crispy raspberry flavored pieces.
The flavors were distinct--bold, but relatively uniform and balanced dark chocolate with distinct sweet raspberry flavor, and floral spice (vanilla).
Ingredients: Chocolate liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, raspberry crisp (sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, natural flavor, grape color extract, sunflower lecithin), soy lecithin, natural flavoring (vanilla, raspberry).
