Today was Day #5 Chocolate, Cherry and Raspberry Week.
Timothy Adams Chocolates (Palo Alto, CA) is the creation of Chef Timothy Woods and designer Adams Holland. Together they opened a stylish chocolate shop in downtown Palo Alto. I first visited their new shop in 2014.The duo offer truffles, confections, drinking chocolate, and bars.
Their thoughtfulness and passion shows in their beautifully wrapped boxes, such as today's small enclosure. Incorporating the Timothy Adams Chocolates hot pink bunny (mascot/logo), frozen in mid-sprint, the packaging was a treasure trove of great design elements, just as the two Sour Cherry Marzipan truffles were layered with great flavors.
When it comes to filled chocolates, I love layered experiences where one great flavor shades into another flavor. Topped with a bit of dried cherry, and filled with tasty, high-quality marzipan, these truffles were full of flavor.The content and images in this post belong to ChocolateBanquet.com.
