Today was Day #5 of Chocolate the Leather Theme Week, and I sampled another bar from Italy's Antica Pasticceria Muzzi "A Pelle" line.
This Criollo Picante (Spicy Criollo)bar was made with 55% minimum cocoa, and "powdered chilly 0.4%." The chili heat level was just about perfect for my taste, and relatively uniform.
