Today was Day #3 of Chocolate and Peanut Theme Week. The generously sized Oh Yeah! high protein, Chocolate and Caramel bar from Integrated Sports Science (Charlotte, North Carolina) had the satisfying heft of a candy bar, but with healthier ingredients.
