Today was Day #6 of Chocolate and Sea Salt Theme Week, and the second day of Chocolate and Salt Caramel Theme Week.
These tasty, dark chocolate caramels studded with sea salt crystals, from Michigan-based Sanders, were obtained while on a recent trip to Canada; and it's fitting that I ate this earlier as my chocolate of the day as I'm about to travel to Canada again in a few hours. Nothing like a late night post at 2:22 a.m. Chocolate trumps sleep, once again.
