Today was Day #5 of Chocolate and Berries Theme Week, and today's Crimson Cranberry bar ("61% Bittersweet Chocolate, Cranberries, Applewood Smoked Almonds, Cinnamon and Orange") tasted like Christmas. The festive red wrapper must have helped conjure up the vision I had of a crisp December evening by a fire, sipping orange cinnamon tea, and eating this chocolate. Pictured at right is a cross-section of this bar, with visible pieces of almond and cranberry.
