Today's Dark Chocolate (72% cocoa) with Espresso Beans bar, from Endangered Species (Indianapolis, IN), had a very slight crunch from finely ground espresso beans embedded in the bar. It was just the right amount of texture for me. This bar was my selection for Day #5 of Chocolate and Espresso Theme Week.
Endangered Species focuses on wildlife conservation, and features different animals, such as this tiger, on each of their bars. ("10% of net profits donated to help support species, habitat and humanity.")
