Nice mix of sweet, salt/chocolate/caramel & these are a slight variation on some purchased and eaten earlier this year.

The whole salt caramel + chocolate concept seems to produce mostly winners. I imagine I might try sprinkling some sea salt on my bowl of creme caramel, chocolate and nuts ice cream combo some night soon.
