Welcome to Day #2 of Chocolate and Honey Theme Week.
Today's Honey Almond Snack Coated with German Chocolate bar was from Seitenbacher GmhH (made in Buchen, Germany).
The relatively light filling (almost fluffy for ground nuts and honey) was natural tasting and satisfying. While similar to marzipan in appearance, this center lacked the stronger "almond extract" taste (that some love and some don't). The coating added a touch of rich chocolate flavor.
Ingredients: Almonds, Honey, Chocolate (Brown Cane Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa, GMO Free Sunflower Lecithin.
