Bees are important pollinators for food crops, and also provide us with honey. Today's gluten- and grain-free Clay's Chocolate Buzz Warrior Mix from BeeFree, LLC (Cicero, IN) was the perfect start to a day spent navigating four different airports.
As a gluten-free road warrior today, I really appreciated a Warrior Mix like this. This cross between a soft, crumbly cookie and a granola-type cereal was naturally sweet, nutty and chocolatey.And instead of being made from the usual mix of oats and grains it was created with almonds and almond meal, honey, coconut, and seeds (pumpkin and sunflower).
