Today's Organic Dark Chocolate Lapsang Souchang 60% cacao bar from Spicely Organics (Fremont, CA) was suffused with an evocative, yet subtle campfire flavor and a salt umami note.
I love good renditions of smoky, salty flavors with chocolate, and this blend was definitely one of my favorites this year.
