In the spirit of sharing great works of art, I'm happy to feature today's Art Sensation chocsimile (chocolate facsimile) of an homage to painter J. Vermeer's "The Girl with a Pearl Earring."Coated with a pearly, edible bronze finish, this smooth, creamy (53.8% cocoa) Belgian chocolate, designed by sculptor Anat Ratzabi, looked suitable for framing. (Pearl earring not included.)
