The Organic, Fair Trade (Fair for Life) Dark Chocolate (65% cacao) Orange bar from Equal Exchange Chocolates (W. Bridgewater, MA) was full of balanced, dark flavor with a sassy hint of orange (natural orange oil).
Equal Exchange is an employee-owned company that is set up as a worker-owned co-op. The company partners with small farmer co-ops, and blends cacao beans, cane sugar and vanilla, from these farmers to make their line of bars (that are made in Switzerland).
