There were oats, but no wheat (or nut) ingredients in this bar. The individually-wrapped, snack-size granola bars were made with Felicitas Granola (rolled oats); 4 different types of seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame and chia); chocolate chips; dates and bits of dried banana. The bar I nibbled on was relatively moist and chewy, and not too dry -- just about right for a granola bar. It was also sweet, but not too sweet. The chocolate chips were pleasantly present, but played a backseat role to the overall granola bar blend.
