Cleverly packaged, but fiendishly difficult to extract*, this raspberry and wine flavored chocolate sauce ended up atop a sundae (pictured); and I also tried a dab of this chocolate sauce, and with a gluten-free ginger cookie.Today was Day #4 of Chocolate and Red Wine and Raspberries Theme Week.
*Note: The cork top was stuck in the bottle. I used a wine bottle opener to get it out, after prying off the black plastic cork cover. Fortunately, I'm fairly determined when it comes to extracting chocolate.
