Today was Day #4 of Chocolate and Poetry Theme Week. The poem in this case was enveloping an Almonds and Sea Salt dark chocolate (55% Cocoa Content) bar by Chocolove (Boulder, CA). An uneven scattering of dry roasted almonds provided some crunch, texture and taste, and there were occasional hints of sea salt. Neither of these two flavor additions were too overpowering, letting the dark semisweet chocolate flavor shine in this bar.
