Welcome to Day #3 of Chocolate and Honey Theme Week.
Today's Dark Chocolate Almond bar made with grass-fed collagen bar from Primal Kitchen (Oxnard, CA) was made with roasted almonds and pumpkin seeds and was enrobed in dark chocolate.
This honey-sweetened, paleo, gluten free and dairy free bar also contained grass-fed collagen that helped to boost the protein content (15 grams), and to give the bar a slightly transparent, glossy shine.

You are a kindred spirit. A day seldom passes that I don't enjoy some type of chocolate.
Before any potential bad weather I go to the store not for water, bread, milk or toilet paper but for chocolate.
Today I had a chocolate protein smoothie for breakfast. I had an Amish chocolate whoopie pie for dessert (after lunch).
I know I will be having chocolate at least twice tomorrow. I bought a lovely Belgium chocolate bar to have tomorrow evening and I have raspberry chocolate coffee to brew for breakfast in the morning.
I love chocolate, dark chocolate and milk chocolate, I am not a fan of white chocolate, it's not chocolate at all.
I have tried chocolate steak rubs, chocolate BBQ sauce, I love chicken mole pablano, chili chocolate is good. If a food has chocolate on it or in it I will try it!
My favorite word used in any description of a chocolate candy, confection or treat of any sort is enrobed.
If I were a fruit I'd want to be enrobed in chocolate. Lol
I worked for PBS for years and had the pleasue of meeting pastry chef and chocolatier Jacque Torres. He was a very friendly and happy man, I think it was the chocolate!
I enjoy reading your adventures in chocolate.
I wish you at least 11 more years of chocolate.
