Today was Day #4 of Chocolate and Spicy Roots Theme Week. And once again I found myself gravitating toward a chocolate that incorporated ginger -- one of the best spicy roots around to mix with the dark stuff. These Poco Dolce Ginger tiles were topped with sea salt.

    aren't those Poco Dolce Tiles wonderful! Greg loves them. I need to look into carrying them.
