Texture: smooth, with a relatively buttery melt.
I enjoyed this well-executed, cinnamon-forward, very slightly spicy, chocolate; the short list of high quality, single origin ingredients; and the the choice of 60% cacao (relatively higher sweetness level) that evoked cinnamon toast/cinnamon bun memories.
